If you are starting out with the Clickbank system, I found out about a Clickbank problem – a very discouraging rule that can affect your clickbank payout.

A Clickbank check is mailed out twice per month, but before you can get your first check, there are certain conditions that must be met.

First, you have to meet the minimum payout threshold. You get to set your own payout level, but remember when choosing, that they will charge you $2.50 per payout and the only way to economize on this is to set a higher payout level. Then you have to wait longer, obviously, for your clickbank check. This is how the clickbank pay system works.

However you choose to deal with that clickbank problem, there is more. Not only do you have to meet your minimum payout level, but on top of that — the amount has to come from 5 different sales and 5 different customers! So the minimum level doesn’t matter until this requirement is met. And what’s worse, if a customer pays with paypal, that sale won’t even count towards the 5! It has to be 5 credit card sales to count.

So you can see that if you make a couple sales, you are not going to get a clickbank check until you’ve sold more and achieved at least the five different customers sales. And then there is still more!

If your account should go 90 days without any activity, they say the account is “dormant” and begin to charge you a dollar every single payday as a fee. Then $5 each payday if it’s 180 days.

It doesn’t matter what your balance may be, you could be watching it decline, little by little, until it is completely gone!

This is what has happened to a huge percentage of Clickbank affiliates, and Clickbank keeps the money. It is the biggest reason that affiliates fail and quit. Did you know that currently, over 90% of all Clickbank accounts are considered “dormant”?

It isn’t hard to be caught in this trap and there is no way out. But I have found a solution to avoid this situation, thanks to Mr. Harvey Segal, THE Clickbank Guru. He has an Ebook that takes this Clickbank problem on and his solution is truly ingenious! You have to see this.

Not only can you avoid this trap altogether, but you can actually make money virally off this situation as an added bonus. It is so very easy and he explains it completely in this short ebook that I can let you have for free.

It’s called “Clickbank for Newbies” and with this plan, you can set yourself up so this

Failing to plan is planning to Fail.

Sitting down and planning out all the little jobs that you want to accomplish this week, or this month, is the best way to actually accomplish them. The distractions promise to be many. Day after day goes by with very little done.

I have found that planning ahead for my day is making all the difference in the world as to how much I can get done. If you list all the little jobs that need to be done this week, on paper, you will come up with a very successful “To Do” list. Take the many items, and rate them for priority and re-list them now in the new order. Break the list down to what you want to get done tomorrow. Be realistic, and don’t pack in too much. But there is your to-do list for tomorrow, in order of importance.

Now when tomorrow comes, there will be no wasted time trying to figure out what you ought to do. Just start with the first item right away and before you know it, it is done. Then on to the next, and the next. When that distraction happens, put it at the bottom of the list and quickly continue with what you were working on.

Take a break every couple of hours, to keep your mind fresh. And drink a lot of water. It has been shown that you can be 20% more productive this way!

And always plan tomorrow as your last task, so you can repeat your new level of productivity. This is what I have incorporated into my life, and it makes all the difference in the world. Tasks are not so hard to accomplish anymore, and I don’t have to “talk myself” into doing them. They just are what happens next!

Give it a try and you’ll be amazed at the difference it makes. It is also the best cure I have found for procrastination. And we all know how procrastination can damage your projects. It probably is the biggest culprit out there. Just lay out the plan, everyday, and you will find it is so much easier to make progress.

I’ve been studying Alex Jeffreys’ coaching modules and learning a great deal. He encourages us to have a blog up and running, and to post really valuable content. I really like that – valuable content. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone out there blogging, decided to go with this advice? Then reading others’ blogs would actually be educational!

The point is that if you want your blog to be read and followed, then there has to be content that really helps the reader along in their progress as an Internet Marketer, also. That is perfect, as I want to share with you my entire journey of becoming an Internet Marketer, and all that it involves.

First thing, is to set up a WordPress blog on your own domain site. It sounds daunting, and the most likely project to be procrastinated. That is why it is good that I’m in Alex’s coaching class. He’s taking us step by step through a very large picture. But we are actually doing the steps, not just learning about them.

Learning is all that I did before, and am finding out that “taking action”, as hard as it is to do, is really the secret to any of this. Turns out, I think, that 3/4 of the learning comes in actually performing the steps.

This will be true all along through the entire program. “Taking action” is what it is all about. I can’t tell you how exciting it feels to actually see things happening! And all that is really happening is my blog, but it is really there!

If you have the dream of being an Internet Marketer, then it will only begin when you take action and actually do something. Once that first hurdle is crossed, doing more and more becomes much easier, because excitement for progress plays such a huge role. Go ahead, give it a try. Believe and achieve!

Well, here we go… this is my very first blog post ever! The beginning of what I plan to be a very rewarding internet marketing career.

Last summer, I decided to check this thing out - about making money on the internet. I bought a couple of inexpensive programs and proceeded to learn what it is all about. At first, I was very confused with all that goes into it. Then, the more I studied, the more overwhelmed I became.

I could soon see that they even coined a term for people like me: Newbie!

Yes, I was a total newbie in the purest form. But I was determined to conquer this thing. Clicking on different free offers through my email grew me an enormous email list — I was receiving email from nearly 100 different people everyday! I could spend 4hrs. a day just going through it all! All my reading about “the email list” just didn’t jive with MY email list… Oh, you mean I’m supposed to be the sender of the email?

I’m supposed to have a list of people that I can send email to. OK. Well, it was a lot easier to be on the receiving end.

Slowly, over a 6 month period of home study, it all began to sort itself out. I had it figured out — on paper. I hadn’t DONE a thing, however.

And now, I was receiving a phone call or two everyday about coaching. Thousands of dollars that I don’t have. Hardly an option for me, but they were making progress towards convincing me that having a mentor and a coach was the way to go.

Stuck in a dilemma. I just have to do this all myself. After all, I know what I have to do. Just do it, right?

For some odd reason, I didn’t know where to start or how. I was somehow hooked into Adam Spiel and Dean Holland and their goings on, and through them, came across the name “Alex Jeffreys” as a terrific mentor and coach. And someone who really cared if you succeeded or not. Before I knew it, I was watching his video about coaching.

I decided that I was going to do this thing, that it was more affordable, and I WOULD succeed with some help. I have the head knowledge, now I just need the help in actually doing it. And I need to believe that, Yes, I can do this.

So I signed up and was off and running with module one. I was totally nervous about what I had done! It felt like I took a leap off a very tall building. And with Christmas upon us, when was I going to find the time? Well, I puttered with it through the Christmas holidays making big plans and goals for January. It was so much fun, I actually made progress in setting up this blog and another website squeeze page!

Domain names, hosting, DNS, setting up WordPress, all of it was coming along. This was amazing. I’m really doing it….And I am excited.

I’m going to post here, my progress with what Alex Jeffreys’ has us doing, any stumbling blocks, and solutions. I expect that I’m going to need a lot of help. Follow along, as I will be sharing with you all that is going on and how I go from zero sales and a zero email list to a full fledged Internet Marketer!

The rose is about to bloom!
